James Koopmann, after finding the sport only one year ago (2010), is an M1 100kg raw and drug free powerlifter. Follow my competition history below and the powerlifting entries of this blog to watch as I move into the world of elite master (old guys) powerlifting.
James also works as a database specialist and freelance writer. James has worked with a variety of database centric software and tools vendors as strategist, architect, DBA, performance expert, and product evangelist. Considered an expert in the database community, James has successfully started a database monitoring company as well as a consulting practice. He is a highly sought after consultant, speaker, writer, and blogger. James received a B.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
