Here you can graphically view my progress for an 11 week period; viewing what my current personal 1RMs are for a given week and comparing them to what I would like them to be for each week leading up to my next meet.
Yes, these numbers are a bit ambitious. But I’m figuring, since I’ve still only been at this 1 year and I’m still finding faults with my form, that I have some good gains still left in me before a more realistic plateau.
