James F. Koopmann works as a freelance writer and database specialist. James has worked with a variety of database centric software and tools vendors as strategist, architect, DBA, performance expert, and product evangelist. Considered an expert in the database community, James has successfully started a database monitoring company as well as a consulting practice. He is a highly sought after consultant, speaker, writer, and blogger. James received a B.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
